Called to get pricing for 285/75R24.5 tires. Was told they don't carry 24.5 tires. Then I asked when they could get some. What kind of semi truck tires shop doesn't carry 24.5.. And especially what kind of place can't even order them. This place is something else. Apparently all the poor reviews of this place are accurate...

I wouldnβt give any stars whatsoever! Complete and utter ripoffs! Wanted over $500 to change a drive shaft carrier bearing. Unbelievable!!! We removed the shaft, brought it in with the new bearing, and the older lady and younger kid (on the phone with the boss) gave a quote of 2.7 hours plus shop fees (over $500)! No way in hell! As a retired truck driver seeing this generation robbing people is rediculous!

Bad reviews that you see here are absolutely true. We have been waiting for 6 hours to have our tires replaced and they still hasnβt started. Lazy , unorganised and rude. Feeling sorry for wasting my time.

Yvonne at the service desk was extremely helpful, kind and very compassion on my time for repairs and replacement, She turned me over to Jack, the tech, quickly that replaced a tire, a rim and and spotted other issues on my brakes, in which he took care of. Derek the other tech was cool enough to check my air pressure and added, in which I was low on air. Great people at Boss Shop. Awesome customer service. The Morning crew is fantastic. Joyful and outgoing people. Thank you Folks at Boss Shop in Ft. Myers

Well... I can personally say that these guys did a great job on my truck and the driver who came in as I did... They were polite, professional and had both our trucks in and out in a timely manner... The other drivers company had an account so I didn't know what he was charged for his work... But they did excellent job on my truck...did exactly what I wanted , and the price was very reasonable... Definitely be back or call them if needed .. Thanks ππ

I was waiting 4 and a half hours, and I only had one truck in front of me. The customer service is not of a very good quality, the tech they have are unprofessional and every time they touch the truck or enter the cabin, they dirty it with grease and do not clean it π£

I pulled into this shop at 6:45 keep in mind they close in 15 minutes. They didn't turn me away or make me wait till morning. 2 techs jumped on the job and got me rolling again. All new techs and all new management. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for repairs. I've never been treated better. 29 years in trucking, by far my best experience with a shop. Thanks so much for the fast fix !!!! Merry Christmas !!!!
